Friday Evening, November 1, from 7:15 –8:00  P.M., if the sky is clear,  a telescope will be set up for use by students on at the baseball field on the Northeast corner of Hellgate's campus.  Mr. Bixby will be there to assist with the use of the telescope. This is not an official school function and there will be no adult supervision.  Students must be accompanied by a parent.  No bathroom facilities will be available. Dress extremely warmly.   Students who come may be able to get a view of several sky objects related to some of the topics we study in science. Afternoon schedule: 12:15 Put on costumes for those who choose to. 12:15 – 12:45 Movie and food is served 12:45 – 1:05 Costume show/Games 2:05-2:20 More food/Games 2:20 -2:30 Cleanup.
